My wife and I met Jack when we began our search for a new condominium. Jack located a number of condos that fit our specifications, and set up all the necessary appointments for us to see them,including seveal second visits. With Jack's help we found,sooner than we expected, the right place, made an offer and got the condo. During the period before the closing Jack worked on our behalf to make sure the changes we requested were made. We were pleased with Jack's work on our behalf so we asked him to list our home in Evanston. Jack took over the listing, prepared attractive brochures, and scheduled open houses. We have used Jack to search for properties several times over the past few years. Jack has found us 3 homes, including the one we live in now. He has a knack for finding houses in the right area and at the right price, and we have found him to go the extra mile to negotiate on our behalf. He is available when we need him and he is willing to the the research and find properties we would not have found on our own.
We also used Jack to sell a multi-unit investment property for us. He handled all the showings and sold it much quicker than we expected, at a price 10 to 15% more than we expected. We found him easy to work with,reliable, and we plan to use him for more purchases and sales
